Get the essentials working. Build the right system as we learn.

Yodelpop provides HubSpot implementation services for companies, nonprofits, and associations that need their marketing, data, and internal processes to work together.

We combine essential onboarding and useful early improvements with structured discovery. As we learn how your organization operates, we develop and deliver the next priorities — with clear documentation, defined ownership, and support for the people using the system.

You do not need a fully designed solution before you hire us. You need a clear starting commitment and a responsible process for building it.

More than account setup: a connected implementation

Your implementation may involve more than configuring a single HubSpot account.

You may need to connect an existing database, organize information used by several teams, improve follow-up, or create reports that explain what is happening across the audience journey.

We help determine what belongs in HubSpot, what should remain in another system, and how the information and processes should work together.

Our implementation capabilities include CRM structure, data migration, integrations, automation, reporting, governance, and staff adoption. The work included in your engagement is prioritized within the agreed service capacity — not bundled into an unlimited promise.

One partnership, starting with a fixed-fee Foundation phase

Every partnership begins with a defined starting engagement that combines discovery and delivery.

We establish essential setup and select practical early improvements while investigating the more involved requirements.

Depending on your starting point, an early improvement might be a tested inquiry-routing process, useful contact views, an email template, or a straightforward reporting view built from reliable information.

At the same time, we assess the data, integrations, responsibilities, and decisions that will shape the larger implementation.

What the Foundation phase includes
Foundation componentWhat it provides
Initial assessmentA review of agreed systems and priority processes, with observations, dependencies, and questions requiring decisions.
Essential onboardingSelected account, access, and foundational configuration work appropriate to your starting point and purchased tools.
Practical early improvementsA small, agreed set of useful improvements that can be configured, tested, and explained while deeper discovery continues.
Governance and documentation baselineA shared record of ownership, important decisions, covered processes, and how changes will be managed.
The first delivery planPrioritized next steps, proposed responsibilities, and a distinction between immediate needs and later opportunities.

Foundation has defined coverage and delivery capacity. It is not an unlimited audit or a promise to complete every migration, integration, and automation during the opening phase.

We agree on the starting investment before work begins. We develop the detailed implementation plan through paid work — not assumptions made during a sales call.

Complex requirements, delivered in manageable stages

After the foundation is established, we work through agreed priorities.

Each stage has a purpose, an owner, and a definition of completion. Relevant testing, documentation, and staff guidance are part of that work.

As new information emerges, we make choices together: continue as planned, simplify an approach, change the sequence, or authorize additional capacity.

The financial commitment is clear. The delivery plan becomes more specific as we learn.

You are not purchasing an undefined project. You are establishing an accountable working relationship with a clear process for deciding what gets built next.

Nonprofit and association expertise — with broader application

Yodelpop brings deep experience with organizations whose relationships and systems extend beyond a simple sales pipeline.

Our published work includes organizing applicant and stakeholder data, developing subscription structures, and planning how teams will use HubSpot to support their audience journeys.

We bring that same attention to relationships, ownership, and connected processes to companies and other organizations with similar implementation challenges.

Governance and documentation are part of the relationship

We establish ownership and maintain documentation for the processes covered by your partnership.

Your team has a place to find what a process does, why it was designed that way, who owns it, and what should be considered before changing it.

A focused HubSpot Health & Adoption Review every six months provides a recurring opportunity to assess progress, identify gaps, and agree on the next priorities. The Foundation assessment establishes the initial baseline; the first follow-up review takes place before the initial renewal decision.

The review covers agreed areas of your system. It is not continuous monitoring, a comprehensive security assessment, or unlimited remediation.

Our goal is to help your organization maintain understandable systems and usable knowledge — not unexplained configurations that require outside help for every routine change.

Strategy beyond the portal

We consider the audience journey behind the technical work: how people discover your organization, what they need to understand, what action they take, and what should happen afterward.

Where relevant, content strategy, AI search visibility, conversion, and Yodelpop's EEAT Better approach inform implementation priorities.

This does not require an ongoing content-production retainer. It means your system can support the broader relationship rather than treating every technical task in isolation.

Additional capacity when your team needs it

Through our a la carte marketing and technology services, you can bring in additional help for defined projects.

That might include campaign execution, landing pages, content development, reporting, data cleanup, integrations, or specialized training.

Work exceeding the partnership's included capacity is scoped and priced separately. Additional work begins only after approval.

Your team can execute the plan, Yodelpop can take on selected deliverables, or we can collaborate with your other providers.

A clear investment and a committed working relationship

The partnership begins with a standard fixed-fee Foundation phase within an initial six-month agreement.

Your agreement identifies the starting fee, ongoing investment, total minimum commitment, service capacity, and payment schedule. It also explains how additional work is authorized.

Software subscriptions and third-party costs are separate.

Start with the right working relationship

We work best with organizations that value experienced guidance, have an internal owner for the work, and are prepared to invest in implementation and adoption.

You do not need to arrive with every requirement documented. You do need access to the relevant people and systems, someone empowered to prioritize, and the willingness to make informed choices.

Our initial conversation establishes likely fit. Detailed diagnosis and solution design happen during the paid engagement.
