The EEAT Better Snapshot

Your email list is doing all the work. It shouldn’t have to.

Most nonprofit and association teams run their marketing out of the email tool. Campaigns go to everyone, follow-up depends on someone remembering, and there’s no clean way to tell which effort brought in the donation.

The Snapshot maps the whole path — what you publish, where it sends people, what happens to them after they convert, and whether any of it reaches your CRM in a form you can report on.

Not a report. A roadmap — what connects,
what dead-ends, and what to build next.
What’s the investment?

Who this is for

Nonprofit and association marketing leads who are carrying the whole program through email and a website that don’t talk to each other. You might be evaluating HubSpot, mid-implementation, or two years in and wondering why it still feels manual.

Works whether your records live in HubSpot, Raiser’s Edge, YourMembership, Salesforce, or a spreadsheet your team maintains by hand.

What we look at

We work inside your marketing environment — your site, your analytics, your email program and your CRM — to trace the whole path end to end.

Your content

Everything you’ve published and where it lives — the library you’ve built over years, and how much of it is still working.

How people move through it

Where attention actually goes, which paths lead somewhere, and which ones quietly end.

Your conversion points and follow-up

The forms, offers and sequences that turn interest into action — and what happens to someone after they raise their hand.

How it lands in your systems

Whether any of it arrives in your CRM in a shape you can segment, act on and report against.

Every organization is set up differently, so we work out access together on the first call — whatever is simplest on your end. Our interest is in how your system is built, not in the people inside it.

What you get back

Your Journey Map

Your primary persona, the content you have at each stage of their journey, and the specific gaps — laid out so you can put it in front of your ED or your board without translating it first.

Your conversion path, traced

Every step between a first visit and a recorded donation, membership, or registration: which pages capture, where those submissions land, what follow-up fires, and where the chain breaks.

Your email program, mapped to the journey

Which sequences serve which stage, which segments exist, and where a person falls out of the path with nothing waiting for them.

Your content, triaged

Every piece sorted into keep and optimize, consolidate, or archive — with the handful of pages carrying the most weight identified by name.

Your platform-fit read

What your content architecture needs from a CRM to work: the fields, the connections, the reporting. If you’re evaluating systems, this is the specification to evaluate them against.

A working session

We go through the roadmap together, and you leave knowing what your next quarter is for.

This isn’t a report. It’s a roadmap.
A report tells you what happened. Everything here is written to be acted on — named pages, specific sequences, and a clear order to build in.

Timeline and investment

You’ll know what this costs before we start. No hourly billing, no change orders, and nothing added once the work is underway.

Investment

$5,000

One engagement, one fee — the audit, the roadmap, and the working session where we go through it together.

Timeline

Set on the first call

We agree it once we’ve seen what we’re working with, and we hold to it.

Credited back

Within 90 days

Begin a Gameplan within 90 days and the full $5,000 applies toward it.

Most engagements are covered by the flat fee. A very large content library, or systems tangled enough to need real untangling before anything can be traced, may need separate scoping — we’ll tell you that before you commit to anything, not after.

Is this a fit?

Every organization we work with is a nonprofit or an association. That’s the whole practice — not one vertical inside a broader agency.

That means you won’t spend the first month explaining your sector. We know what a dues cycle is, why a soft credit matters, and how a membership renewal behaves differently from a year-end appeal.

You get a team that already knows the terrain — so the work starts on your situation, not on background.

Who you’re working with

Yodelpop is a small, senior team. The Snapshot methodology came out of the work itself — building content strategies for nonprofits and associations, optimizing them for the AI era, mapping audience journeys, and everything we’ve learned putting those systems into place through implementations.

Where this leads

The Snapshot is a complete piece of work on its own. For organizations that want to go further, it’s also the natural first step toward the Gameplan — Yodelpop’s full strategic engagement, where the roadmap becomes a complete Connected Marketing System: buyer journeys, topic architecture, HubSpot configuration, AEO strategy, nurture plan, and reporting framework.

Organizations that work with us have tended to stay a long time — many of our relationships have run five to ten years. A marketing system needs tending as your content grows, your staff changes, and your data accumulates, and that ongoing governance is what keeps it earning for years rather than months.

Plenty of organizations take the Snapshot and build from it themselves. That’s a good outcome too.

What this looks like in practice

A membership association we’d already worked with for years had a deep content library and steady traffic — but no clear line between publishing it and gaining members. We audited the full funnel, then rebuilt the path around it.

A full-funnel audit, including a content leverage audit and optimization for AI-driven discovery

Conversion moved onto the posts themselves, so leads attribute to the content that earned them

A bottom-of-funnel stage added where none existed, and the middle rebuilt around nurture

Lifecycle stages defined to cover every stage of the member journey

Member and dues data connected for closed-loop reporting

Reading the numbers

Conversions previously ran through a separate landing page and were never credited to the posts that produced them — part of the work was making that contribution visible in the first place.

The part most organizations never get to see
With member and dues data connected, content and email nurturing stopped being an act of faith. New members and renewals could finally be traced back to the work that produced them.
